Before you book.
Do treatments hurt?
Most of our treatments are gentle and many clients find them relaxing. Anything with more sensation, like HIFU, is explained honestly during consultation and adjusted to your comfort.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin and your goal. As a guide, most programmes run 4 to 8 sessions. Your therapist maps this out in your consultation, in writing, before you commit.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Skin analysis, recommendation and a written plan, at no cost and with no obligation. You can take the plan home and think about it.
Is there any downtime?
Our treatments are non-invasive, so most clients go straight back to their day. If a treatment can cause temporary redness, we tell you upfront so you can plan around it.
How do I pay, and can I split payments?
We accept cash, card and online payment. For treatment packages, ask your branch about instalment options during your consultation.
